4 : 151

أُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ حَقًّا وَأَعْتَدْنَا لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَذَابًا مُّهِينًا

Those are the disbelievers, truly. And We have prepared for the disbelievers a humiliating punishment.

Tafseer

{ أولئك هم الكافرون حقا } مصدر مؤكد لمضمون الجملة قبله { وأعتدنا للكافرين عذابا مهينا } ذا إهانة وهو عذاب النار .

Those are the unbelievers really uncertain source of guaranteed wholesale and we used him for the unbelievers a humiliating punishment The insult is a torment of the Fire.
