4 : 161

وَأَخْذِهِمُ الرِّبَا وَقَدْ نُهُواْ عَنْهُ وَأَكْلِهِمْ أَمْوَالَ النَّاسِ بِالْبَاطِلِ وَأَعْتَدْنَا لِلْكَافِرِينَ مِنْهُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا

Tafseer

And [for] their taking of usury while they had been forbidden from it, and their consuming of the people's wealth unjustly. And we have prepared for the disbelievers among them a painful punishment.

Tafseer

{ وأخذهم الربا وقد نُهوا عنه } في التوراة { وأكلهم أموال الناس بالباطل } بالرشا في الحكم { وأعتدنا للكافرين منهم عذابا أليما } مؤلما .

Taken usury and has forbidden it in the Torah and their devouring people's wealth unlawfully bribes in judgment, and we used them for the unbelievers a painful punishment painful.
