4 : 37

الَّذِينَ يَبْخَلُونَ وَيَأْمُرُونَ النَّاسَ بِالْبُخْلِ وَيَكْتُمُونَ مَا آتَاهُمُ اللّهُ مِن فَضْلِهِ وَأَعْتَدْنَا لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَذَابًا مُّهِينًا

Tafseer

Who are stingy and enjoin upon [other] people stinginess and conceal what Allah has given them of His bounty - and We have prepared for the disbelievers a humiliating punishment -

Tafseer

{ الذين } مبتدأ { يبخلون } بما يجب عليهم { ويأمرون الناس بالبخل } به { ويكتمون ما آتاهم الله من فضله } من العلم والمال وهم اليهود وخبر المبتدأ لهم وعيد شديد { وأعتدنا للكافرين } بذلك وبغيره { عذابا مهينا } ذا إهانة .

Who tyro hoard what they must and ordering people parsimonious it and conceal what gave them bounty of Allah of the science and the money they are Jews, and the news debutante them and feast severe and we used to unbelievers so and without him humiliating punishment The insult.
