4 : 53

أَمْ لَهُمْ نَصِيبٌ مِّنَ الْمُلْكِ فَإِذًا لاَّ يُؤْتُونَ النَّاسَ نَقِيرًا

Or have they a share of dominion? Then [if that were so], they would not give the people [even as much as] the speck on a date seed.

Tafseer

{ أم } بل { لهم نصيب من الملك } أي ليس لهم شيء منه ولو كان { فإذا لا يؤتون الناس نقيرا } أي شيئا تافها قدر النقرة في ظهر النواة لفرط بخلهم .

But or them King's share of any thing they do not have him, even if he does not pay the people Nkira any trivial thing as much as a click in the back of the nucleus of the hyper Bkhalhm.
