4 : 61

وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ تَعَالَوْاْ إِلَى مَا أَنزَلَ اللّهُ وَإِلَى الرَّسُولِ رَأَيْتَ الْمُنَافِقِينَ يَصُدُّونَ عَنكَ صُدُودًا

Tafseer

And when it is said to them, "Come to what Allah has revealed and to the Messenger," you see the hypocrites turning away from you in aversion.

Tafseer

{ وإذا قيل لهم تعالوا إلى ما أنزل الله } في القرآن من الحكم { وإلى الرسول } ليحكم بينكم { رأيت المنافقين يصدون } يُعرضون { عنك } إلى غيرك { صدودا } .

If they were told to come to what Allah has revealed in the Qur'an of judgment and to the Prophet to judge between you I saw the hypocrites turn away from you offer to else rebuffed.
