24 : 1

سُورَةٌ أَنزَلْنَاهَا وَفَرَضْنَاهَا وَأَنزَلْنَا فِيهَا آيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ لَّعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ

[This is] a surah which We have sent down and made [that within it] obligatory and revealed therein verses of clear evidence that you might remember.

Tafseer

هذه { سورة أنزلناها وفرضناها } مخففة ومشددة لكثرة المفروض فيها { وأنزلنا فيها آيات بينات } واضحات الدلالات { لعلكم تذَّكرون } بإدغام التاء الثانية في الذال تتعظون

This is a surah that We have sent down and imposed, lightened and stressed due to the abundance of what is imposed in it. {And We have sent down in it clear verses} with clear meanings. {That you may remember} by assimilating the second ta’ into the dhal, so that you may be admonished.
