هُوَ الَّذِي يُرِيكُمُ الْبَرْقَ خَوْفًا وَطَمَعًا وَيُنْشِئُ السَّحَابَ الثِّقَالَ

It is He who shows you lightening, [causing] fear and aspiration, and generates the heavy clouds.

Tafseer

{ هو الذي يريكم البرق خوفا } للمسافرين من الصواعق { وطمعا } للمقيم في المطر { وينشئ } يخلق { السحاب الثقال } بالمطر .

Is the one who shows you the lightning for fear travelers lightning and hope for the resident in the rain and creates creates rain clouds Heavies.
