فَالتَّالِيَاتِ ذِكْرًا

And those who recite the message,

{ فالتاليات } أي قراء القرآن يتلونه { ذكرا } مصدر من معنى التاليات .

{The reciters of the Qur’an} meaning the reciters of the Qur’an recite it {remembrance} is a noun derived from the meaning of the word “reciters.”
