إِنَّا زَيَّنَّا السَّمَاء الدُّنْيَا بِزِينَةٍ الْكَوَاكِبِ

Indeed, We have adorned the nearest heaven with an adornment of stars

Tafseer

{ إنَّا زينا السماء الدنيا بزينة الكواكب } أي بضوئها أو بها، والإضافة للبيان كقراءة تنوين زينة المبينة بالكواكب .

{Indeed, We have adorned the lowest heaven with an adornment of stars} meaning with their light or with them, and the addition is for clarification, like the reading of the tanween of adornment explained by the stars.
