61 : 1

سَبَّحَ لِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ

Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth exalts Allah , and He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.

Tafseer

{ سبح لله ما في السماوات وما في الأرض } أي نزهه فاللام مزيدة وجيء بما دون من تغليبا للأكثر { وهو العزيز } في ملكه { الحكيم } في صنعه.

{Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth glorifies God} meaning glorifies Him, so the lam is an additional letter, and what is less than “min” was brought to make the majority stronger. {And He is the Exalted in Might} in His kingdom, {the Wise} in His creation.
