إِذِ انبَعَثَ أَشْقَاهَا

When the most wretched of them was sent forth.

Tafseer

{ إذ انبعث } أسرع { أشقاها } واسمه قدار إلى عقر الناقة برضاهم.

{When the most wretched of them}, whose name was Qadar, rushed to hamstring the she-camel with their approval.
