81 : 19

إِنَّهُ لَقَوْلُ رَسُولٍ كَرِيمٍ

[That] indeed, the Qur'an is a word [conveyed by] a noble messenger

Tafseer

{ إنه } أي القرآن { لقول رسول كريم } على الله تعالى وهو جبريل أضيف إليه لنزوله به.

{It} meaning the Qur’an {is the word of a noble Messenger} to God Almighty, and he is Gabriel, who was attributed to him because he brought it down.
