9 : 116

إِنَّ اللّهَ لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ يُحْيِـي وَيُمِيتُ وَمَا لَكُم مِّن دُونِ اللّهِ مِن وَلِيٍّ وَلاَ نَصِيرٍ

Tafseer

Indeed, to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth; He gives life and causes death. And you have not besides Allah any protector or any helper.

Tafseer

{ إن الله له مُلك السماوات والأرض يحيي ويميت وما لكم } أيها الناس { من دون الله } أي غيره { من ولي } يحفظكم منه { ولا نصير } يمنعكم عن ضرره .

That God has a king of the heavens and the earth and limit what greets you O people of God without any other of Crown bless him or helper stopping you from harm.
