9 : 19

أَجَعَلْتُمْ سِقَايَةَ الْحَاجِّ وَعِمَارَةَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ كَمَنْ آمَنَ بِاللّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ وَجَاهَدَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ لاَ يَسْتَوُونَ عِندَ اللّهِ وَاللّهُ لاَ يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ

Tafseer

Have you made the providing of water for the pilgrim and the maintenance of al-Masjid al-Haram equal to [the deeds of] one who believes in Allah and the Last Day and strives in the cause of Allah ? They are not equal in the sight of Allah . And Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people.

Tafseer

{ أجعلتم سقاية الحاج وعمارة المسجد الحرام } أي أهل ذلك { كمن آمن بالله واليوم الآخر وجاهد في سبيل الله لا يستوون عند الله } في الفضل { والله لا يهدي القوم الظالمين } الكافرين، نزلت ردا على من قال ذلك وهو العباس أو غيره .

Odjaltm watering Haj and architecture of the Grand Mosque any people that like someone who believes in Allah and the Last Day and fought for the sake of God does not enjoyed equally with God in the credit Allah does not guide the unjust people unbelievers, I got a response to those who say that it is Abbas or other.
