9 : 54

وَمَا مَنَعَهُمْ أَن تُقْبَلَ مِنْهُمْ نَفَقَاتُهُمْ إِلاَّ أَنَّهُمْ كَفَرُواْ بِاللّهِ وَبِرَسُولِهِ وَلاَ يَأْتُونَ الصَّلاَةَ إِلاَّ وَهُمْ كُسَالَى وَلاَ يُنفِقُونَ إِلاَّ وَهُمْ كَارِهُونَ

Tafseer

And what prevents their expenditures from being accepted from them but that they have disbelieved in Allah and in His Messenger and that they come not to prayer except while they are lazy and that they do not spend except while they are unwilling.

Tafseer

{ وما منعهم أن تُقبل } بالياء والتاء { منهم نفقاتهم إلا أنهم } فاعل وأن تقبل مفعول { كفروا بالله وبرسوله ولا يأتون الصلاة إلا وهم كسالى } متثاقلون { ولا ينفقون إلا وهم كارهون } النفقة لأنهم يعدونها مغرما .

And prevent them to accept Bagliae na them except that they are active and accept effect disbelieve in Allah and His Messenger and do not come to prayer, but they are lazy Mtthagulwn not spend only grudgingly alimony because they consider fond of.
