وَالسَّمَاء وَالطَّارِقِ

By the sky and the night comer -

Tafseer

{ والسماء والطارق } أصله كل آت ليلا ومنه النجوم لطلوعها ليلا.

{By the sky and the night-comer} Its origin is everything that comes at night, and from it the stars come because they rise at night.
