وَالْكِتَابِ الْمُبِينِ

By the clear Book,

{ والكتاب } القرآن { المبين } المظهر طريق الهدى وما يحتاج إليه من الشريعة .

{And the Book} the Qur’an {that makes clear} the path of guidance and what is required of it from the Sharia.
