HUUD — Ayat 117
117
وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ لِيُهْلِكَ الْقُرَى بِظُلْمٍ وَأَهْلُهَا مُصْلِحُونَ
And your Lord would not have destroyed the cities unjustly while their people were reformers.

What was your Lord to destroy villages unjustly it her reformers and people are believers.
