إِلَى اللّهِ مَرْجِعُكُمْ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

To Allah is your return, and He is over all things competent."

Tafseer

{ إلى الله مرجعكم وهو على كل شيء قدير } ومنه الثواب والعذاب .

Marjekm to God, which over all things and reward and torment him.
