14 : 2

اللّهِ الَّذِي لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الأَرْضِ وَوَيْلٌ لِّلْكَافِرِينَ مِنْ عَذَابٍ شَدِيدٍ

Allah , to whom belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And woe to the disbelievers from a severe punishment

Tafseer

{ الله } بالجر بدل أو عطف بيان وما بعده صفة والرفع مبتدأ خبره { الذي له ما في السماوات وما في الأرض } ملكا وخلقا وعبيدا { وويل للكافرين من عذاب شديد } .

God rather than trawl or apposition onwards recipe Lifting experience tyro who has what in the heavens and in the earth and created a king and slaves and woe to the disbelievers from a severe torment .
