31 : 4

الَّذِينَ يُقِيمُونَ الصَّلَاةَ وَيُؤْتُونَ الزَّكَاةَ وَهُم بِالْآخِرَةِ هُمْ يُوقِنُونَ

Who establish prayer and give zakah, and they, of the Hereafter, are certain [in faith].

Tafseer

{ الذين يقيمون الصلاة } بيان للمحسنين { ويؤتون الزكاة وهم بالآخرة هم يوقنون } هم الثاني تأكيد.

{Those who establish prayer} is a statement for the doers of good {and give zakat and they are certain of the Hereafter} the second is an emphasis.
