ذِكْرُ رَحْمَةِ رَبِّكَ عَبْدَهُ زَكَرِيَّا

[This is] a mention of the mercy of your Lord to His servant Zechariah

Tafseer

هذا { ذكر رحمة ربك عبده } مفعول رحمة { زكريا } بيان له .

This is {a mention of the mercy of your Lord to His servant}, the object of the mercy of {Zechariah}, an explanation of it.
