47 : 2

وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ وَآمَنُوا بِمَا نُزِّلَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَهُوَ الْحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّهِمْ كَفَّرَ عَنْهُمْ سَيِّئَاتِهِمْ وَأَصْلَحَ بَالَهُمْ

Tafseer

And those who believe and do righteous deeds and believe in what has been sent down upon Muhammad - and it is the truth from their Lord - He will remove from them their misdeeds and amend their condition.

Tafseer

{ والذين آمنوا } أي الأنصار وغيرهم { وعملوا الصالحات وآمنوا بما نُزِّل على محمد } أي القرآن { وهو الحق من ربهم كفَّر عنهم } غفر لهم { سيئاتهم وأصلح بالهم } حالهم فلا يعصونه .

{And those who believed} meaning the Ansar and others {and did righteous deeds and believed in what was revealed to Muhammad} meaning the Qur’an {and it is the truth from their Lord - He will remove from them their misdeeds} He forgave them {and amended their condition} their state, so they will not disobey Him.
