71 : 13

مَّا لَكُمْ لَا تَرْجُونَ لِلَّهِ وَقَارًا

What is [the matter] with you that you do not attribute to Allah [due] grandeur

Tafseer

{ ما لكم لا ترجون لله وقارا } أي تأملون وقار الله إياكم بأن تؤمنوا.

{Why do you not expect God to have respect?} That is, you do not hope that God will have respect for you by believing.
