ثُمَّ إِنِّي دَعَوْتُهُمْ جِهَارًا

Then I invited them publicly.

Tafseer

{ ثم إني دعوتهم جهارا } أي بأعلى صوتي.

{Then I called them aloud} meaning with the loudest voice.
