تَنزِيلًا مِّمَّنْ خَلَقَ الْأَرْضَ وَالسَّمَاوَاتِ الْعُلَى

A revelation from He who created the earth and highest heavens,

Tafseer

{ تنزيلا } بدل من اللفظ بفعله الناصب له { ممن خلق الأرض والسماوات العلى } جمع عليا ككبرى وكبر .

{Anything} instead of the word with its verb that makes it accusative {From He who created the earth and the high heavens} plural of high like great and great.
