10 : 74

ثُمَّ بَعَثْنَا مِن بَعْدِهِ رُسُلاً إِلَى قَوْمِهِمْ فَجَآؤُوهُم بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ فَمَا كَانُواْ لِيُؤْمِنُواْ بِمَا كَذَّبُواْ بِهِ مِن قَبْلُ كَذَلِكَ نَطْبَعُ عَلَى قُلوبِ الْمُعْتَدِينَ

Tafseer

Then We sent after him messengers to their peoples, and they came to them with clear proofs. But they were not to believe in that which they had denied before. Thus We seal over the hearts of the transgressors

Tafseer

{ ثم بعثنا من بعده } أي نوح { رسلا إلى قومهم } كإبراهيم وهود وصالح { فجاءُوهم بالبينات } المعجزات { فما كانوا ليؤمنوا بما كذبوا به من قبل } أي بعث الرسل إليهم { كذلك نطبع } نختم { على قلوب المعتدين } فلا تقبل الإيمان كما طبعنا على قلوب أولئك .

Then we sent after him any Noah messengers to their people Kabrahim and Hood and Saleh Fjahm based miracles they would not believe what lied by the any sent messengers to them as well as normalize conclude hearts aggressors do not accept the faith as our nature on the hearts of those.
