10 : 96

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ حَقَّتْ عَلَيْهِمْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ لاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ

Indeed, those upon whom the word of your Lord has come into effect will not believe,

Tafseer

{ إن الذين حَقَّت } وجبت { عليهم كلمة ربك } بالعذاب { لا يؤمنون } .

Those who suffered and they traveled the word of thy Lord torment do not believe.
