إِنَّا أَنزَلْنَاهُ قُرْآنًا عَرَبِيًّا لَّعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ

Indeed, We have sent it down as an Arabic Qur'an that you might understand.

Tafseer

{ إنا أنزلناه قرآنا عربيا } بلغة العرب { لعلكم } يا أهل مكة { تعقلون } تفقهون معانيه .

We sent down the Koran in Arabic, Arab O ye may the people of Mecca understand? Rewarded meanings.
