8 : 18

ذَلِكُمْ وَأَنَّ اللّهَ مُوهِنُ كَيْدِ الْكَافِرِينَ

That [is so], and [also] that Allah will weaken the plot of the disbelievers.

Tafseer

{ ذلكم } الإبلاء حق { وأن الله موهنُ } مضعف { كيد الكافرين } .

Such is Galling right and that God debilitating devitalized Kid unbelievers.
