إِنَّ شَرَّ الدَّوَابَّ عِندَ اللّهِ الصُّمُّ الْبُكْمُ الَّذِينَ لاَ يَعْقِلُونَ

Indeed, the worst of living creatures in the sight of Allah are the deaf and dumb who do not use reason.

Tafseer

{ إن شرَّ الدواب عند الله الصمٌّ } عن سماع الحق { البكم } عن النطق به { الذين لا يعقلونـ } ـه .

The evil beasts in the sight of God for the deaf hear right dumb pronouncement for those who do not understand e.
