7 : 99

أَفَأَمِنُواْ مَكْرَ اللّهِ فَلاَ يَأْمَنُ مَكْرَ اللّهِ إِلاَّ الْقَوْمُ الْخَاسِرُونَ

Then did they feel secure from the plan of Allah ? But no one feels secure from the plan of Allah except the losing people.

Tafseer

{ أفأمنوا مكر الله } استدراجه إياهم بالنعمة وأخذهم بغتة { فلا يأمن مكر الله إلا القوم الخاسرون } .

God Ovomnoa deceit lured them with grace and taking them suddenly not safe from cunning folk God only losers .
