3 : 141

وَلِيُمَحِّصَ اللّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَيَمْحَقَ الْكَافِرِينَ

And that Allah may purify the believers [through trials] and destroy the disbelievers.

Tafseer

{ وليمحِّص الله الذين آمنوا } يطهرهم من الذنوب بما يصيبهم { ويمحق } يهلك { الكافرين } .

To examine the God who believe cleansed of sins including wipe and suffer unbelievers perish.
