10 : 33

كَذَلِكَ حَقَّتْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ فَسَقُواْ أَنَّهُمْ لاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ

Thus the word of your Lord has come into effect upon those who defiantly disobeyed - that they will not believe.

Tafseer

{ كذلك } كما صرف هؤلاء عن الإيمان { حقَّت كلمة ربِّك على الذين فسقوا } كفروا وهي (لأملأن جهنم) الآية، أو هي { أنهم لا يؤمنون } .

As well as those of faith Exchange inflicted on the word of your Lord who disbelieve a Vsagoa (to fill Hell) verse, or are they do not believe .
