10 : 42

وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَسْتَمِعُونَ إِلَيْكَ أَفَأَنتَ تُسْمِعُ الصُّمَّ وَلَوْ كَانُواْ لاَ يَعْقِلُونَ

And among them are those who listen to you. But can you cause the deaf to hear, although they will not use reason?

Tafseer

{ ومنهم من يستمعون إليك } إذا قرأت القرآن { أ فأنت تُسمع الصم } شبههم بهم في عدم الانتفاع بما يتلى عليهم { ولو كانوا } مع الصمم { لا يعقلون } يتدبرون .

Some of them listen to you if you read the Koran a then you hear the deaf likens them not to use them in what they recited with if they do not understand deafness ponder.
