Tafseer Ibn Kathir of YUNUS [42]

وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَسْتَمِعُونَ إِلَيْكَ أَفَأَنتَ تُسْمِعُ الصُّمَّ وَلَوْ كَانُواْ لاَ يَعْقِلُونَ

And among them are those who listen to you. But can you cause the deaf to hear, although they will not use reason?
