Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AD DUKHAAN [32]

وَلَقَدِ اخْتَرْنَاهُمْ عَلَى عِلْمٍ عَلَى الْعَالَمِينَ

And We certainly chose them by knowledge over [all] the worlds.
