Pray	Time

Tafseer Ibn Kathir of ADZ DZAARIYAAT [19]

وَفِي أَمْوَالِهِمْ حَقٌّ لِّلسَّائِلِ وَالْمَحْرُومِ

And from their properties was [given] the right of the [needy] petitioner and the deprived.
