Tafseer Ibn Kathir of ADZ DZAARIYAAT [30]

قَالُوا كَذَلِكَ قَالَ رَبُّكِ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْحَكِيمُ الْعَلِيمُ

They said, "Thus has said your Lord; indeed, He is the Wise, the Knowing."
