Tafseer Ibn Kathir of ADZ DZAARIYAAT [53]

أَتَوَاصَوْا بِهِ بَلْ هُمْ قَوْمٌ طَاغُونَ

Did they suggest it to them? Rather, they [themselves] are a transgressing people.
