Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AL AHZAB [54]

إِن تُبْدُوا شَيْئًا أَوْ تُخْفُوهُ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمًا

Whether you reveal a thing or conceal it, indeed Allah is ever, of all things, Knowing.
