Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AL AN'AAM [103]

لاَّ تُدْرِكُهُ الأَبْصَارُ وَهُوَ يُدْرِكُ الأَبْصَارَ وَهُوَ اللَّطِيفُ الْخَبِيرُ

Vision perceives Him not, but He perceives [all] vision; and He is the Subtle, the Acquainted.
