Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AL AN'AAM [134]

إِنَّ مَا تُوعَدُونَ لآتٍ وَمَا أَنتُم بِمُعْجِزِينَ

Indeed, what you are promised is coming, and you will not cause failure [to Allah ].
