Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AL ANBIYAA' [100]

لَهُمْ فِيهَا زَفِيرٌ وَهُمْ فِيهَا لَا يَسْمَعُونَ

For them therein is heavy sighing, and they therein will not hear.
