Pray	Time

Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AL 'ANKABUUT [21]

يُعَذِّبُُ مَن يَشَاء وَيَرْحَمُ مَن يَشَاء وَإِلَيْهِ تُقْلَبُونَ

He punishes whom He wills and has mercy upon whom He wills, and to Him you will be returned.
