Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AL 'ANKABUUT [43]

وَتِلْكَ الْأَمْثَالُ نَضْرِبُهَا لِلنَّاسِ وَمَا يَعْقِلُهَا إِلَّا الْعَالِمُونَ

And these examples We present to the people, but none will understand them except those of knowledge.
