Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AL 'ANKABUUT [54]

يَسْتَعْجِلُونَكَ بِالْعَذَابِ وَإِنَّ جَهَنَّمَ لَمُحِيطَةٌ بِالْكَافِرِينَ

They urge you to hasten the punishment. And indeed, Hell will be encompassing of the disbelievers
