Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AL A'RAAF [21]

وَقَاسَمَهُمَا إِنِّي لَكُمَا لَمِنَ النَّاصِحِينَ

And he swore [by Allah ] to them, "Indeed, I am to you from among the sincere advisors."
