Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AL BAQARAH [95]

وَلَن يَتَمَنَّوْهُ أَبَدًا بِمَا قَدَّمَتْ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَاللّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِالظَّالِمينَ

But they will never wish for it, ever, because of what their hands have put forth. And Allah is Knowing of the wrongdoers.
