Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AL HIJR [23]

وَإنَّا لَنَحْنُ نُحْيِي وَنُمِيتُ وَنَحْنُ الْوَارِثُونَ

And indeed, it is We who give life and cause death, and We are the Inheritor.
